Your use of Dash & Go Errand Service website is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing Dash & Go Errand Services website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions. Please read this terms of use policy carefully and check back periodically as we update it from time to time.

Your acceptance of the following Policies, Terms And Conditions are an absolute condition of your use of services provided by Dash & Go Errand Service.

The following shall apply for any and all services provided to any and all clients and customers of Dash & Go Errand Service (hereinafter "client"), by Dash & Go Errand Service (hereinafter "D&G").

All Policies, Terms and Conditions shall apply at all times while the services are being handled and shall be binding upon the client, 3rd parties (receivers) and D&G.

Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein. Client hires D&G, and D&G agrees to work for client under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties:


  • D&G is available to individuals or entities who can form legally binding agreements under applicable laws
  • Services are not available to minors under the age of 18
  • Some promotions may require that individuals be over 21 years of age


  • Licensed and fingerprinted in Fort Wayne, In.
  • Business Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Service area: Fort Wayne, IN and surround areas 


  • Rates are for services conducted Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Non-Holiday)
  • Rates vary according to the type of work you need, complexity of task, overall length of project, frequency of services used, location, labor, travel and other additional factors.
  • A convenience fee may apply for services outside of business hours and same day service.
  • Availability is not guaranteed for some requests.
  • Convenience fees for evenings, weekends, holidays and same day service range from $25 and up.
  • Client's will be contacted for authorization before an additional fee or charge is incurred.
  • Services are charged in increments with a minimum purchase.
  • Minutes are rounded up to next full quarter.
  • Some services require more than a one hour minimum purchase
  • Service rates do not include the cost of purchases, taxes and expenses
  • Payments for cost of purchases, taxes and expenses must be paid in full when service is completed
  • Service rates are for services provided by D&G
  • All services are paid in advance, no exceptions
  • Initial consultation is free
  • Quotes are free


Billing usually begins and/or ends at the following:

  • clients presence
  • home/business/store
  • on route
  • location 
  • on request
  • pre-negotiated date/time
  • D&G business office


  • Receipts are returned after a copy has been made for D&G records
  • Invoices are submitted when service request is completed or every 2 weeks


Deposits (for Purchases and Expenses)

  • Some services require a minimum of 50% or more advance deposit for purchases and other expenses
  • Deposits kept at a minimum of $100 for 30 days straight will receive 1 free hour of service
  • 1 free hour of service expires 90 days from date issued


  • Mileage is free for the first 10 miles
  • Mileage fee is 60¢ per mile after 20 miles


  • Cash, Money Orders, Checks (checks must clear before service can begin)
  • Cancelled or returned checks will incur a minimum fee of $35
  • We do not accept out of state checks
  • Gift Certificates


  • Some services require consultations in person
  • Most consultations can be done over the phone
  • Consultations are conducted by appointment only
  • Initial consultation is free


  • All requests are reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis
  • All requests are scheduled on a first come first serve basis
  • D&G responds to all requests within 24 hours
  • Services are available on an hourly or a la carte basis
  • Most services require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice
  • Requests with less than 24 advance notice may not be completed


  • Most cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a minimum fee of $10
  • If client does not provide a cancellation notice, client may be charged a minimum fee of $25


  • D&G will notify client if request is taking longer than scheduled
  • Delayed or incomplete services due to traffic delays, road closures, natural "acts of God", or for any delays out of D&G control in those cases, client may request a cancellation without a fee


  • Unused services/hours and deposits are not refunded or carry over is determined by the membership package purchased.


  • One free hour of service will be added to clients account for every referral received
  • Free service will be issued after the person referred completes payments for services
  • Vouchers expire 90 days from date issued
  • Client will be notified when bonus is available


  • Available for all services and discounts in any denomination
  • Expire 12 months from date of purchase


  • D&G will make every effort to remedy any issues
  • Refund requests or adjustments are accepted if requested within 30 days
  • In your requests include:
    1. Your contact/mailing information
    2. Date of service
    3. Reason for request
  • Some refunds or adjustments may be processed after 30 days
  • Refunds or adjustments may be charged for the following:
    1. All or part of tasks completed
    2. For services performed
    3. Suppliers engaged by D&G on clients behalf
    4. Outstanding purchases, taxes and expenses


  • If we made an error on your purchases, we will return or exchange your purchase at no charge
  • If you made an error on your request, we will return or exchange your purchase at no charge
  • If you made the purchases on your own, we will charge you accordingly for return or exchange


  • If the task requested by the client requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow access to the property. If, for any reason, we cannot gain access, the full charge may be assessed to the client.


  • Change, modify, add/remove portions, suspend, discontinue and cancel any services, site information, prices, policies, terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice
  • Limit out-of-pocket expenses
  • Request and verify identification
  • Notify proper lawful authorities of contraband, illegal materials or controlled substances
  • Make all final decisions on services, rates, fees and related costs
  • Refuse any business or requests we feel is unsafe and/or unsuitable, unethical or illegal
  • Refuse to provide services that are not within our capabilities, unreasonable, questionable
  • Comply with all policies, ordinances, laws, rules and regulations of any/all businesses, facilities and government


  • Make oral agreements
  • Does not contact vendors, third parties or subcontractors directly
  • Does not guarantee any of its services that are provided by a vendors, third parties or subcontractors.
  • Accept orders from minors under 18 years of age
  • Deliver any tobacco products or alcoholic products to minors under 18 years of age
  • Deliver alcoholic products to anyone under 21 years of age
  • Transport people, pets or any type of animals or insects
  • Do anything prohibited by law and that will place someone in danger or cause any form of property damage
  • Handle or transport high valued items, large amounts of cash, hazardous materials, firearms, containers, packages or particular items not properly packed, opened, broken or that rattles and is unmanageable, oversized, overweight, overheight etc.
  • Anything that can damage other transported items food, equipment, materials etc.


  • Delayed or incomplete services due to traffic delays, road closures, natural "acts of God", or for any delays out of D&G control in those cases, client may request a cancellation without a fee
  • Privacy practices, security, or the content of other websites/companies/businesses, nor does D&G endorse the content, terms or suitability of using these websites/companies/businesses sites/products
  • Policies, terms and conditions apply only to Rose’s Errand Services
  • Services requiring keys, gate access codes, entry passes and alarm codes for: monitoring home, checking in on pets or waiting for expected services. Client is must make entry available to D&G so service can be completed
  • Items left unattended
  • Changes to phone numbers, addresses, P.O. boxes, companies/businesses, emails
  • Any typographical errors on this website or on documentation


  • All personal and financial information collected by D&G is gathered for the purpose of providing services and billing
  • At no time, will the collected information be disclosed, traded, sold or rented to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to D&G
  • D&G does not release any and all confidential and private information without client’s explicit written authorization
  • Clients information will be filed in a secure place
  • By using our site to request more information, you consent to the use of this information by us
  • If ever it proves necessary to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are aware of information we collect and how we use it
  • We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you
  • We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us
  • D&G is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients
  • In the course of making purchases or making payments, and services for our clients, we may have to share specific information about our clients concerning that transaction. (For example: shipping address and making a restaurant reservation, we might have to disclose our clients name and telephone number, paperwork/document submission)
  • D&G does not give your personal information to anyone unless D&G has a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable laws or regulations or to detect and prevent fraud, security, technical issues

  • D&G is not liable for any direct, indirect claims, costs, disappointments, expenses or losses, lost profits or revenues, injury, special, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind and nature, or as a result of goods and/or services provided by any vendors, links and third parties. Client may request for a vendor, third parties and or use link at their own determination and liability
  • D&G does not intend links contained on the site to be referrals to, or endorsements of, any third-party linked site or the entities that operate them, and such links are provided for convenience only

This site, vendors, all third party linked sites, and all services, content and materials provided on this site, are provided to you on an "as is, with all faults’ basis", and your use of such sites, services, content and materials is at your own risk. Some of the links on this site may allow you to leave the site.

Any party has the right to cancel in writing any agreements at any time, without giving reasons and if client further agrees that D&G is not liable to client or to any other person as a result of this agreement cancellation.
